Operational Facility Manager
What will you do?
Are you an enthusiastic professional with a passion for facility management? Do you have experience in coordinating facility activities and managing infrastructure? Then we have a challenging position for you!
As an Operational Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating facility tasks, managing infrastructure, and performing general facility duties.
Your main responsibilities include:
· Acting as a point of contact for supervisors and operational staff regarding properties and premises;
· Operationally supervising the proper use, management, maintenance, and inspections of properties and premises;
· Preparing reports;
· Requesting quotations in consultation with the Facility Manager;
· Checking invoices;
· Assessing the daily equipment needs;
· Maintaining contact with suppliers;
· Proactively thinking and advising the Facility Manager on improving productivity and processes, as well as necessary innovations for the Terminal.

· You have demonstrable experience in the facility industry;
· You have a vocational education level (MBO);
· You have an affinity for shipping;
· You can collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments within the organization;
· You are proactive and able to handle stress;
· You can quickly and effectively solve problems.
